Sometimes laughter is the best exercise! Especially when you can’t keep up in dance class. Whether you can kick butt or collapse, having a good sense of humor about your workout can be crucial. This is something Sarah Michelle Gellar, who couldn’t keep up with Shannen Doherty, learned this week. In her latest Instagram post, Doherty, the self-described “cancer slayer,” jokes that she accidentally killed Gellar after a super intense workout. Gellar, however, eerily opens her eyes, eliciting a scream from Doherty.

“Did I or didn’t I….. the #slayer and the #cancerslayer,” Doherty wrote as the caption for the video. “@sarahmgellar being supportive thru thick and thin. Love this woman #friendship.” Luckily they recorded the fun on Instagram, so we could join in on the laughs and good times.

Their friendship goes deeper than dancing. On International Breast Cancer Awareness Day, Geller posted a sweet message to give a shout out to Doherty, “To my left is the @theshando, my friend who is kicking cancer in the you know what. But more than that, she is sharing her battle, so people fighting this horrible disease know they are not alone. I am inspired by her on the daily.”

She continued, “To my right is Dr Lawrence Piro, the oncologist who has been side by side in Shannen’s fight. It’s not a job to this incredible doctor, it’s his life. I have never been in the company of a more passionate or dedicated scientist. He is the true definition of a hero. I am honored to know you both.”

Doherty reposted the photo with a message thanking Gellar. “It’s so important when battling a disease like cancer to have friends like @sarahmgellar. Thank you for always having my back and educating all about this disease. Love you.”

Keep dancing ladies! #FriendshipGoals
