Magnolia on the Green: The restaurant will be offering brunch from 10 am. to 2 p.m. Brunch options are a mix of classic and fancier breakfast and lunch dishes, including pan seared king salmon, veggie frittata, three types of eggs Benedict, ribeye steak and eggs, Grand Marnier shrimp and more. Willamette Valley Vineyards: The Turner-based vineyard is hosting a Sparkling Easter Brunch, pairing its sparkling wines with a special brunch menu. Brunch will begin at 11 a.m. Reservations with a deposit of $25 is due at time of booking and will be issued as wine credit when seated. The sparkling wines to pair with brunch are the 2020 Domaine Willamette brut and brut rose. Each party will get a complimentary pastry board. The brunch specials include biscuits and gravy, French toast, fried chicken and biscuit sandwich, smoked salmon Benedict, vegetable Benedict and Greek yogurt. The restaurant's current seasonal brunch options will be offered alongside the specials. Brix Tavern: The Keizer restaurant will be offering a Sunday brunch buffet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Adults are $44.95 and children age 12 and under are $12.95. There will be a standard buffet section, meat carving section, Belgian waffle bar and dessert bar. The standard buffet section has dishes including various cheeses, biscuits and gravy, al ceppo pasta, cheese whipped scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict and more. The carving station will have Applewood smoked prime rib and slow roasted pit ham. The dessert bar will have caramel and chocolate fondue with pastries, cake and fruit to dip as well. Chira's Restaurant: The downtown restaurant will be offering a classic full buffet from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a meat carving station with ham and roast beef, omelet station, sides station, salmon and dessert bar. Oso Spanish and Mediterranean Inspired Cuisine: Silverton's Mediterranean and Spanish-inspired restaurant is offering an Easter brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu includes classics and fusion dishes including eggs Benedict empanada, shakshuka, Spanish crab omelet, torrijas and more. The View Restaurant and Lounge: The restaurant at the McNary Golf Club is offering Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The buffet will include classic breakfast and lunch items including potatoes O'Brien, pancakes, macaroni and cheese, cheesy scalloped potatoes, baked salmon and more. There will also be three types of pasta and sweet treats like carrot cake. Adults are $34.75, children ages 4 to 12 are $17.75 and children under 4 years are free.
