Apr. 22—The Rusk Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Stronger Foundations with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday, March 15.

Stronger Foundations offers tutoring and counseling services such as individual tutoring, free GED and English as a second language classes, grief counseling, veteran counseling and counseling for battered women. For information regarding the business's services, visit strongerfoundations.net.

Stronger Foundation's mission statement, as recorded on its website, is to help you build stronger foundations so that you can create the better life you deserve.

Stronger Foundations is located at 142 W. 5th St. in Rusk and can be reached by calling 903-284-7243 or 903-683-5218.
