Yet another star is speaking up against the ills of photoshopping. This time it’s the lovely Rumer Willis — daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore — and she’s not cool with how much photographers Mark Williams and Sara Hirakawa edited her face in a shoot for Vanity Fair. Rumer was pictured with her two sisters, Tallulah and Scout.

In an Instagram post, she wrote, “The photographer Photoshopped my face to make my jaw smaller and I find it really offensive for anyone to try and change the way you look so drastically.”

In the same Instagram caption, she kindly asked people to take down this particular photo of her if they had it posted on their social media accounts: “Any friends of fans of mine who posted this I would appreciate if you took it down.”

She continues, “I love the way I look and I won’t support anyone who would feel a need to change the way I look to make me beautiful. Whether or not they realize it, it is a form of bullying, which I won’t stand for.”

Rumer may have first come into the limelight as the eldest daughter of two very well-known actors, but she has since made a name for herself and consistently won over the hearts of many fans on her own. She’s a singer, an actress, and an activist who has always been known to speak her mind. In 2014, she and her sister Scout made it known that they were proud supporters of the #FreeTheNipple campaign, which highlighted the double-standard when it came to topless men and topless women.

It’s clear that Rumer isn’t going to censor herself anytime soon. She wasn’t always equipped with such confidence, though. She told Glamour magazine last year that she used to be concerned about her looks. Growing up in the spotlight wasn’t easy.

I was constantly bullied because of my looks, so I struggled a lot with my body image,” she said. Today is a different story, though. “Let’s allow ourselves to say, ‘These are my flaws, but I’m still beautiful.’ Let’s find our own value, know what we have to offer—and know that that is enough.”

Something tells us Rumer’s fanbase is about to get even bigger.
