Ruby’s Mexican Restaurant to open Jacksonville location in April
JACKSONVILLE, Texas (KETK) – Ruby’s Mexican Restaurant is hosting a grand opening on April 1 for their new Jacksonville location.
Tyler Azalea and Spring Flower Trail officially open
The open-to-the-public event is expected to begin at 11 a.m. on 1009 S. Jackson St.
“We want to personally meet you on opening day, take pictures, and thank you for being patient with us as we built this restaurant for y’all,” the Mexican restaurant said. “It took longer than we expected, but we are now ready to open our doors and serve you.”
The restaurant currently has three locations in Tyler and one in White Oak.
