Ronald Sprague, longtime Kern County civil servant, dies at 84

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Ronald Sprague, a civic servant of the Bakersfield community for decades, has passed away.

An obituary states that Sprague died on April 11, at 84-years-old. Sprague spent almost 50 years doing business in the real estate industry and served on the Planning Commissions for the City of Bakersfield, as well as the County of Kern.

Graveside services will be held April 19 at 10 a.m., at the Greenlawn Memorial Park on River Boulevard.
