Roaring Branch woman sentenced after hit and run in Canton Township

CANTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WETM) – A Roaring Branch woman has been sentenced to serve time in jail after a hit and run that took place in Canton Township back in September.

According to District Attorney Richard A. Wilson, Kathryn C. Davis, 52, was sentenced to serve a minimum of 45 days to a maximum of a year in jail after she hit two separate vehicles, both of which were occupied at the time, and fled the scene in September of 2023.

Both vehicles that were hit by Davis sustained major damage, one of which was upside down and the other with significant front-end damage as a result.

Davis fled in her vehicle at the time that she hit the two vehicles, but was later located and charged by a Pennsylvania State Trooper.
