Rodent droppings on the north side of the ovens in the bakery. There were two dead mice in the same area, one on a snap trap and one inside a glue trap. Instructed person in charge to remove droppings and clean and sanitize all affected areas. Soiled cloth towels in drawer with food service items in front of bakery area. Improper employee drink stored on the prep table. Torn gaskets in walk in freezer. Excessive food and debris buildup in frosting bag drawer. Ceiling tile cracked and broken in kitchen area. Broken and missing tiles on base boards. Vents in back of kitchen with substantial debris. Infestation of rodents throughout the bakery area. Permit is immediately suspended. Advised person in charge to send proof of corrective measures.
