House hunting like a celebrity doesn't come cheap and, apparently, neither does renting like one. Sting just listed his Malibu home on the summer rental market, and it comes at a steep price. It will set you back $200,000 to stay in Sting's beach house over the summer, reports Trulia. With that price tag comes seven bedrooms and ten baths on a pristine slice of oceanfront, which means plenty of space to entertain your friends or, perhaps, share the summer rental. Another bonus: the residence is located in Malibu's Colony neighborhood, a celebrity enclave with roots that go back to the 1930s, when figures like Bing Crosby settled down in the area, paving the way for figureheads like Cat Stevens, Judd Apatow, Pink, and Brian Grazer.

Built in 1927, the Adobe-style home has plenty of its own history — and original charm kept in tack. Oversized wood beams run across the pink-walled living room, which features a picture window with a window seat. that looks out on the ocean.

Despite being on the water, the home also comes equipped with a pool and gardens, perfect for growing your own herbs and vegetables, which you can cook in the chef's kitchen.

Because no renter would ever want to leave, the residence includes a private fitness center. If you're shelling out $200,000 for a summer rental, at least you won't have to worry about your gym membership.
