Reactions to track history: Duncanville, Humble Atascocita break 4 x 100 national record
Fort Worth Wyatt held the national 4x100 meter-relay record for over 25 years.
On Saturday, two schools broke the long withstanding record: Humble Atascocita and Duncanville.
Duncanville’s time of 39.65 narrowly bested Wyatt’s, which was 39.76 seconds. Humble Atascocita, however, posted an impressive time of 38.92 that bested the Panthers by nearly three-fourths of a second.
Here are some reactions to what some are calling the biggest day in the history of high school track.
