Prince Louis‘s official birth certificate has been made public after it was signed by his father, Prince William.

The official document gives the newest member of the royal family’s official name (and it’s a mouthful): His Royal Highness Prince Louis Arthur Charles of Cambridge.

Proud dad Prince William signed the birth certificate on Tuesday at Kensington Palace.

Interestingly, Louis’s famous parents are recorded only by their official titles: His Royal Highness Prince William Arthur Philip Louis Duke of Cambridge and Catherine Elizabeth Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge.

For their occupations, they are noted as prince and princess of the United Kingdom.

The couple’s third child was born at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital on April 23. He weighed 8 lbs. 7 oz.

Prince Louis is fifth in line to the throne and is the first royal prince to not bypass an older sister in the line of succession.
