Priceville Police selling t-shirts to help cover cost of new K-9 unit
PRICEVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The Priceville Police Department will soon add their first-ever K-9 unit.
The process for this milestone is a lengthy one and, according to Officer Lucas Ferrell, it costs between $25,000-$30,000.

Ferrell said PPD has their eyes set on a Belgian Malinois whom they are hoping to name ‘Kilo’ because the K9 will primarily serve as a narcotics dog.
To cover some of those costs, the department is selling t-shirts with the slogan “Support the Paws who enforce laws.”
