Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

• Pablo Baltazar, 26, of the 400 block of Reid Road, was charged Sunday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Owensboro Police Department

• Danny R. Anderson, 41, homeless from Russell Springs, was charged Saturday with first-degree bail jumping.

• Stacy Taylor, 58, of the 300 block of West Main Street in Lebanon, was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
