Police reports for May 11, 2025

The following list was compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:

Owensboro Police Department

• Alaya M. Brice, 23, of the 2400 block of West 10th Street was charged Thursday with first-degree fleeing/evading police, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer) and first-degree wanton endangerment.

• Copper piping and wiring sustained vandalism damage Tuesday at a home in the 500 block of Alpha Street.

• Prescription drugs were reported stolen Tuesday from a home in the 300 block of Hale Avenue.

• A Honda Accord sustained vandalism damage when a bumper and side door were scratched Thursday in the 3100 block of Kentucky 54.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

• Pamela D. Bartimus, 61, of the 3800 block of Raintree Drive was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates), theft of a legend drug over $300 (second offense) and theft by unlawful taking (controlled substance) under $10,000.

• Andy D. Meserve, 48, of Philpot, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking over $1,000 and theft by deception over $1,000.

• Bradley S. Wheatley, 38, of the 1800 block of Fayette Drive was charged Friday with third-degree assault (police or probation officer) and driving under the influence.

• Jerri B. White, 40, of the 3800 block of Raintree Drive was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).

Kentucky State Police

• Robert Walker, 49, of the 400 block of West Eighth Street was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
