Police: Man dies at hospital after Wyoming shooting

WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — Police say a Grand Rapids man is dead after a Friday night shooting in Wyoming.

It happened around 8:20 p.m. on Woodward Avenue SW near 34th Street SW, according to the Wyoming Police Department.

When they arrived on scene, police found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries, the Wyoming Police Department said Saturday.

Police identified the victim as 34-year-old Marquise Lamar Reid-Moore, of Grand Rapids.

They did not provide any information about suspects.
