Police investigating thefts at Amazon Fresh store in Chevy Chase

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) said its investigating a string of thefts that have taken place at Amazon Fresh in Chevy Chase.

Police said they are looking for a man that has stolen from the Amazon Fresh in the 5400 block of Wisconsin Avenue.

MCPD the incidents took place between October 2023 and April 18, 2024.

The man allegedly stole about $7,000 in merchandise on 36 separate occasions.
