Police investigating robbery at Tobacco King store in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) said they are investigating a robbery at the Tobacco King store on Sunday April 28.

Police said that at about 8:00 p.m., two suspects approached the store in the in the 7000 block of Wisconsin Avenue.

Officials said a suspect held the door while the other suspect went into the store, to the counter and demanded the employee give him the money from the cash register.

The employee complied and both suspects then left the scene.

Police released surveillance photos of the suspects.
