Police: Allenwood man touched teenage girl

May 17—MIFFLINBURG — An Allenwood man inappropriately touched a teenage girl at his home in Gregg Township over eight months, according to state police in Milton.

Andrew Seth Aaron Soboleski, 34, of Bridge Avenue, Allenwood, was charged with seven misdemeanors: three counts of indecent assault, three counts of corruption of minors; and one summary count of harassment. The charges were filed by state Trooper Tyler Watson, of the Milton State Police Barracks, in the Mifflinburg office of District Judge Jeffrey Mensch.

The victim's stepmother reported the incident to state police on April 5. The victim, now 17, would visit Soboleski's residence on occasion between June 2023 and February 2024 in Gregg Township.

The victim told police that Soboleski allegedly started making sexual comments to her and rubbing her back and it escalated, police said.

The victim said Soboleski was intoxicated or high during the incidents, police said.

Soboleski is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in front of Mensch at 3:30 p.m. June 11.
