Pinpoint Weather: After chance of storms, quieter weekend

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Showers and storms are possible through the late afternoon and early evening. There is a marginal risk (the lowest at 1 out of 5) of strong to severe storms.

The wet and potentially stormy weather will pass with a cold front moving through the region.

Saturday will be mostly cloudy and a little cooler with lows in the 40s and 50s and highs in the 60s and 70s.

Sunday will be a little cooler with highs in the 60s and a slight chance of rain in the afternoon.

This upcoming week looks mostly dry with temperatures fairly close to normal.
