GAITHERSBURG, Md. (DC News Now) — Officials said that several lanes on a Gaithersburg road were closed after two cars crashed Friday afternoon.

Six people transported after crash in Montgomery County

The crash happened in the 200 block of Perry Parkway near W. Diamond Ave.

One car – a truck – hit a tree, Pete Piringer, spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and EMS said in a post on the platform X.
