Pennsylvania man arrested on criminal contempt charge in Hornellsville

HORNELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WETM) — A Monaca, Pennsylvania, man was arrested after allegedly violating an order of protection in Hornellsville.

Robert Ciccone, 62, was arrested on March 14 following a Steuben County Sherriff’s Office investigation into reported violations of an order of protection in the Town of Hornellsville. According to the sheriff’s office, Ciccone intentionally had physical contact with a person who had an order of protection against him.

Man arrested twice after stalking incident in Bath

Ciccone was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony. His charges were formally read in the Centralized Arraignment Court, and he was taken to the Steuben County Jail.

Ciccone is currently being held in the jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond.
