Pennsylvania Automotive Group Faulkner purchases Dauphin County property

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A long-time Pennsylvania Automotive Group recently purchased a new property in Dauphin County.

According to NAI CIR, the former Howard Johnson Inn, located at 473 Eisenhower Boulevard, was recently sold to the Faulkner Organization. Demolition of the former inn is expected to begin in the next several weeks.

The recently purchased property on Eisenhower Boulevard rests between the Lancaster Brewing Company in Harrisburg and Domino’s Pizza.

Dan Alderman of NAI CIR facilitated the sale of this property.

As of Friday, March 22, there is construction equipment on the site of the former Howard Johnson Inn; presumably in preparation for the property’s upcoming demolition.

According to Faulkner Automotive Group’s website, they were first founded in Philadelphia, Pa. back in 1932. Currently, the company has 31 dealerships within its organization, and they carry 22 different vehicle brands.
