PEARL and Oasis of Northwest Arkansas unite to provide shelter and resources for women in recovery after storms

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Two organizations that provide sober recovery resources are uniting in the wake of storm damage.

Due to damage taken by the sober living home office and homes of Positive Energy Affecting Recovering Lives (PEARL), Oasis of Northwest Arkansas is providing shelter to five women who need immediate housing.

This is according to a joint press release from PEARL and Oasis.

“By working together, we can better support these women in their recovery journeys,” according to the press release.

Both organizations are asking for support from the community during this time of need.

Below is a list of all the resources these organizations are asking for:

  • Food

  • Gift cards

  • Gas cards for transportation

  • Twin air mattresses

  • Bedding

  • Towels

  • Pillows
