PA Lottery ticket worth $1M sold online

EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — The Pennsylvania Lottery sold a $1 million Powerball ticket to a player who purchased the ticket online.

Officials with the PA Lottery stated a player from Delaware County purchased a ticket online for the Wednesday, March 27 drawing. The ticket matched five of the five white balls drawn, 37-46-57-60-66 to win $1 million.

Lottery tickets worth $100K sold to three in Pennsylvania

Winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

Online winnings automatically appear in a player’s account after the claim has been processed.
