Overnight fire damages three structures
An overnight fire caused damage to three buildings in central Wichita Falls.
Firefighters were alerted to a fire at 2002 11th St. shortly after midnight Wednesday.
They found heavy fire at the front of the structure. Houses on both sides of the structure also sustained damage.
Assistant FIre Marshal Eddie Mawson said damage to the house at the original alarm was estimated at $30,000. He said damage to the neighboring structures was set at $5,000 each.
Mawson said the cause of the fire is under investigation. He did not report any injuries at the scene.
