One shot at Castle Pines Mobile Home Park on Mike Padgett Hwy

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – One person is recovering after being shot at an Augusta mobile home park.

Richmond County Deputies were dispatched to Castle Pines Mobile Home Park on Mike Padgett Highway, Friday afternoon around 12:25 p.m., in reference to a shooting.

Once there, deputies located one male victim who’d been shot at least once. He’s since been transported to a local hospital for treatment.

No word yet on a suspect or motive.
