It’s Official: Joanna Gaines Is (Finally!) Releasing a Cookbook

Though Chip and Joanna Gaines just announced that their hit show Fixer Upper will end after its 5th season, this isn’t the last you’ll see of the decorating duo. Earlier this month, the couple announced they are launching a collection at Target, and just this past weekend, Joanna posted a photo on Instagram that hints to an upcoming cookbook. To say they’ve been busy is quite the understatement.

Based on the recipes depicted in the photo, you’re going to want to get your hands on this cookbook ASAP. One dish is a homemade mac and cheese that appears to be baked in an adorable single-serve cast-iron pan, and the second is a decadent deep-dish brownie pie, complete with a delicate dusting of powdered sugar. The couple was shooting the book last week, which hopefully means we don’t have to wait too long for its release.

This new culinary venture doesn’t come as a huge surprise, considering the couple is opening a breakfast joint in Waco, Texas. According to the Magnolia Market website, the restaurant will be called Magnolia Table and will serve dishes such as eggs benedict, burgers, and homemade pies. The book will share the same name as the restaurant.

This isn’t the only book the Gaines’ been working on. In August, Joanna shared she’s been working on a design book. Chip, on the other hand, just completed his memoir. Needless to say, it seems these reality stars have no plans of slowing down.
