NWS reports tornado on ground in Coke County

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — As the Concho Valley braces for storms expected to hit the area on May 3, the National Weather Service reports a tornado has touched down.

According to the post made on social media by the NWS, the tornado touched down in the northern Coke County area and is headed toward E.V. Spence Reservoir and the Robert Lee area.
