North Little Rock police investigating Sunday afternoon shooting at Shorter Gardens

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Police in North Little Rock are investigating a shooting that happened Sunday afternoon at Shorter Gardens apartments.

Officials with the North Little Rock Police Department said that officers responded after reports that multiple shots were fired in the area shortly before 2 p.m.

Police said that a girl is being treated, but her injuries are non-life-threatening and no other injuries were reported.

NLRPD officials have not announced if there are any suspects in the incident.
