NOPD searching for man accused of stealing metal doors

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is looking for a man who is accused of stealing several metal doors in Algiers. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.

According to police, the crime happened around 11:50 in the morning on May 5 in the 1900 block of L. B. Landry Avenue. He’s accused of using a pickup truck and trailer to steal the doors.

Police did not say where the doors were stolen from, but there are multiple possibilities in area. The NOPD also released security camera footage of the suspect that includes a pic of the suspect and the truck.
