Heel or no heel? Noel Edmonds baffles fans with odd shoes photo
The former Deal or No Deal host was spotted sporting unusual footwear on the Isle of Man

A spokesperson for Noel Edmonds says the 75-year-old "loves doing quirky things, just for the fun of it" after he was photographed wearing mismatched shoes.
The former Deal or No Deal presenter was visiting the Isle of Man when he stopped by the Laxey Beach Stop Cafe in Laxey Bay. After tucking into an ice cream and a cake, Edmonds posed for a photo with the owners of the cafe. But hiding in plain sight was Noel's choice of footwear — with the presenter seemingly wearing odd shoes.
The photo was shared by the cafe on Facebook by the cafe with the caption "Noel Big Deal" and people were quick to comment on his footwear choices.
When asked about Edmond's strange footwear, his representative told Kennedy News he "loves doing quirky things just for the fun of it".
This isn't the first time the presenter has been seen sporting odd shoes. In 2023, the former Noel's House Party star was photographed at a cafe in Somerset where the staff also commented on his unusual footwear.

A staff member told Somerset Live: “When we asked him about it he said he had started off wearing odd socks and then took it further to wear odd shoes. He wanted to start a new trend and it’s something that has apparently been picked up by others in New Zealand.”
Edmonds, who currently resides in New Zealand but still has family in the UK, rose to fame presenting children's show Swap Shop and then Top Of The Pops.
Between 1991 and 1999 he was the host of popular family Saturday night entertainment show Noel's House Party. He hosted Deal Or No Deal on Channel 4 from 2005 to 2016, and took part in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here in 2018.
