The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Tuscarawas County Health Department from March 25 to 29.

March 25

Uhrichsville Duchess #1074, 110 McCauley Drive, Uhrichsville. Half and half and French vanilla creamers had no date marking identification on containers.

March 26

Shivji LLC, 302 S. College St., Newcomerstown. Fry pies produced at home not covered under cottage food laws being sold on the premises.

March 28

Krocker's Bar & Grille, 236 N. Tuscarawas Ave., Dover. Follow-up inspection. Accumulation of food debris and residues on the can opener and the potato slicer.
