NAMI Northern Illinois shares mental health tips

We’re still shining a light on mental health awareness month and Jeanette Towns and Danielle Angileri from NAMI Northern Illinois are helping us out by sharing some tips. Jeanette says that rest is very important along with getting some sunshine and staying hydrated. She also says that it’s important to volunteer somewhere because you can get endorphin boosts by helping someone else. Danielle shares that they have some upcoming events including the Mulligans for Mental Illness event and the Brandon Novak event.
