(KLFY)– Cleco customers can now have access to their bills and account information right at their fingertips by downloading Cleco’s new my account app.

Brooke Buford with Cleco said the new my account app is convenient and efficient. Staying in the know can now be one click or scroll away.

“It allows customers to not only pay their bills but monitor their usage, report an outage and it’s a lot more efficient,” Buford said.

Buford said some of Cleco’s most vulnerable customers were top priority when developing the app.

“Maybe you are not familiar with it and some of our older customers may need some help, but if you are an apple or android user, it’s free,” Buford said.

The free app is easy to download and available to all customers across the state.

“We are really fortunate to be everywhere,” Buford said. “The app was top of mind and it has been internally tested at Cleco and customers are really liking it. You can track and set alerts. And a little bit of everything.”

Again the free app is available to all Cleco customers on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
