EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals, which attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.

Miguel Angel Montoya: Age 30; 5’05; 125 lbs.; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for harassment; $35,000 bond.

Dominic Alexander Apodaca: Age 35; 5’10; 150 lbs.; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and harassment; $25,000 bond.

Jose Everado Montiel: Age 33; 5’07; 145 lbs.; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for sale/distribution/display of harmful material to a minor; $20,000 bond.

Hector Arturo Verduzco: Age 24; 5’06; 140 lbs.; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; $10,000 bond.

El Paso County Sheriff’s Office

Andre Edwin Billups Jr.: Age 41; 6’0; 245 lbs.; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault causes bodily injury to a family member and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; no bond.

Leonard Coleman: Age 45; 6’0; 310 lbs.; bald and brown eyes; wanted for sexual assault; $150,000 bond.

David Alcala: Age 40; 5’4; 150 lbs; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated sexual assault of a child; $250,000 bond.

Cynthia Herrera: Age 29; 5’4; 210 lbs; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for possession of a controlled substance; $100,000 bond.

Sunny Robles: Age 20; wanted for robbery; $45,000 bond. No other details were provided.
