Inspector found the facility is using or offering for sale gummies, chocolates/mints, and pills, liquid, and powder containing Delta 8, 9, 10 and Kratom, unapproved additives or approved additives at elevated levels. Inspector recommend removing all Delta 8, 9 and 10 and kratom products from sales. Inspector observed refrigerated ready-to-eat deli cheeses not being marked with the date it was opened; and quaternary ammonia sanitizer in place at the three bay warewash sink, but not being properly used.

Route 115 Food Mart: Route 115 and Gilbert Road, Effort

Inspected April 12. Jurisdiction: Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Violations: 3

Inspector found the facility is using or offering for sale pills, liquid, and powder containing kratom. Inspector recommended removing all kratom products from sales. Inspector observed the receiving door in the back area had a gap and did not protect against the entry of insects, rodents and other animals; and a buildup of dust on the fan guards in the walk-in cooler.

No violations
