Mobile Police investigating after suspect flees following altercation with gun

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The Mobile Police Department is investigating after a suspect fled following a reported fight involving a gun.

Mobile police officers responded to the 7000 block of Howells Ferry Road at around 8:10 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, in reference to a disorderly complaint involving a suspect armed with a gun, according to a press release.

LOCATION:

When officers arrived, they learned that a suspect entered the known victim’s home and pointed a gun at her before a fight occurred.

The suspect fled the scene before police arrived.

MPD is investigating the incident.
