Shooting near 25th and Capitol, Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE - Eight people were wounded in separate Milwaukee shootings on Tuesday, May 14.

Police are still looking for the people responsible for the violence.

Teutonia and Nash

Around 12:30 a.m., a 47-year-old victim was shot. Police said the victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.

23rd and Mineral

A 20-year-old victim was shot around 9:30 a.m. and taken a hospital for treatment. Police said they are looking for a known suspect.

25th and Capitol

Just after 10 a.m., a 51-year-old victim was shot and wounded. The victim suffered serious gunshot injuries, police said, and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Hopkins and Ruby

A 21-year-old victim was shot and taken to a hospital shortly after 4 p.m. Police said the victim's wound was non-fatal.

16th and Ring

Around 4:30 p.m., a 30-year-old victim was shot and wounded. Police said the victim was taken to a hospital with non-fatal wounds.

95th and Silver Spring

A 33-year-old victim was shot around 5:30 p.m. The victim went a hospital with a non-fatal gunshot wound, police said.

10th and Greenfield

Two people were shot and wounded around 8:30 p.m. near 10th and Greenfield on Milwaukee's south side. The victims, ages 31 and 50, suffered non-fatal injuries. Police are seeking an unknown shooter.
