The Stranger Things break-out actress attended W Magazine’s Best Performances Portfolio party on Thursday night.

She wore a chic little black dress by Kate Spade with classic Hollywood styling.

With beaded and sequined sleeves, the dress harkened back to Hollywood’s golden era.

Brown paired the dress with some black Mary Janes with a glittery heel and a simple gold nameplate necklace and bangle.

She wore her now neck-length bobbed ‘do slicked behind her ears to show off her beaming face.

We’d be beaming too if we had the entire entertainment industry gushing about us.

At just 12 years old, her performance as Eleven, an abducted girl with telekinetic powers in Stranger Things, electrified the world and set a new standard for binge-worthy shows.
