At around 10 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to a shooting in the 3300 block of Ardmore Street.

A man was shot and pronounced dead on the scene.

Hours later, there was a shooting in the 2100 block of Willow Wood Avenue a little before 3 a.m. There was a trail of blood left in front of Marcus Watkins’ home.

A man was found with a gunshot wound and taken to Regional One. He was later pronounced dead.

“I woke up and saw blood all over the fence and in my yard,” Watkins’ said. “They said the crime scene happened right here in my yard. So, it’s crazy.”

In a ring camera footage, a tan Ford SUV is seen stopping on Willow Wood Ave at Watkins’ driveway and someone continuously screams “Go back”.

Watkins says all of this is new information to him and that he didn’t hear or see anything.
