NEW YORK (PIX11) – “Hot Girl Summer” is just around the corner, and Grammy Award-winning rapper Megan Thee Stallion is bringing the heat to New York City, Live Nation announced on Wednesday.

The massive 31-city “Hot Girl Summer” tour is the rapper’s first-ever global headlining tour. It kicks off in Minneapolis and features stops in Denmark, London, Paris, and New York City.

Megan Thee Stallion’s latest touring effort comes after the rapper claimed her first solo No.1 on Billboard in February. She also announced she would be dropping a new album — her first since parting ways with her previous record label.

The “Hiss” MC will perform at Madison Square Garden on May 21. She will be supported by Glorilla on her North American leg of the tour.

Tickets for the “Hot Girl Summer” tour first became available to Citi card members on Wednesday at 1 p.m. General ticket sales begin on Friday at 10 a.m., and VIP packages will be available as well.
