Meet Delta Dawn! News 19’s Adoptable Pet of the Week
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — All across the Tennessee Valley pets are looking for their fur-ever homes and this week News 19 is bringing another adorable dog looking for a place to belong.
Meet Delta Dawn! She is a sweet shepherd mix who is currently staying at the Greater Huntsville Humane Society (GHHS). The people at the shelter said she loves to relax just as much as she loves to play.

Delta is great with kids, in the car and with other dogs, but GHHS said they aren’t sure how she will react to cats. The shelter said they were told she was about five but think she could be as old as seven years old.
Delta already knows how to sit, works well on a leash and is potty trained. GHHS said she has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on her vaccines.
