McKenzie River National Recreation Trail reopens following trail bridge construction

The U.S. Forest Service announced Thursday the McKenzie River National Recreation Trail and its trailheads are open for public use following construction completion.

The new trail bridge connects Trail Bridge Campground and Deer Creek watershed in the Willamette National Forest.

The existing closure put in place during the trail bridge construction has been rescinded.
