The four top-polling Democratic primary candidates for Baltimore mayor squared off Wednesday in a debate that included a few fireworks, in large part, lobbied at the incumbent by his three primary challengers. Incumbent Mayor Brandon Scott and challengers former Mayor Sheila Dixon, former prosecutor Thiru Vignarajah and businessman Bob Wallace took the stage at Morgan State University and squared off on several issues. The candidates talked about their upbringing and values, their vision for the future and qualifications to run the C-suite at Baltimore City Hall.
