Matthews daycare employee accused of exposing himself to 4-year-old child: Police

MATTHEWS, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Matthews daycare employee has been arrested after police said he exposed himself to a 4-year-old child.

According to Matthews Police, on May 7, their department was informed of an alleged incident of indecent exposure at the Christ Our Shepherd Daycare (C.O.S. Kids).

The incident involved an employee at the daycare and a 4-year-old child. After receiving the initial report, this case was transferred to the Criminal Investigations Division.

The suspect identified in this case Kairaba Kente Martin, 43, of Charlotte, has been charged with felony indecent exposure. He turned himself in to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 23. This remains an open and active investigation.
