Massachusetts has become the 27th state to officially make cocktails to-go permanent in support of local businesses and consumers. According to the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey signed the supplemental budget bill on Tuesday. OpenAI has reached a deal with Reddit to use the social news site's data for training AI models.
