At the end of November, over two months from now, Martha Hunt will walk the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai. And, believe it or not, she's already tweaking her routine to be angel wing-ready - though not much needs to be changed, she told Elle on the red carpet of Rihanna's Diamond Ball this week.

"I probably amp up the workouts right around now, but I'm getting to that point now where since I work with Victoria's Secret so much, it just sort of feels like a lifestyle to take care of myself," Hunt said. "So if anything, I'd say I up the workouts quite a bit."

In addition to getting physically prepped, Hunt also makes an effort get mentally clear before the big runway traipse.

"I like to listen to music ahead of time and get in, like kind of block out the noise and listen to my own music and also meditate," she said. As for the playlist? Well, that varies: "It can be a mix of - I love Rihanna, so Rihanna will be on the playlist, definitely Kendrick [Lamar]."

Hunt, one of Taylor Swift's good friends who was Junior Jewels t-shirt squad official in the singer's "Look What You Made Me Do" video, cleared up one theory about the video, too. Some fans thought that all of Swift's friends signed their own names on the shirt. "I did not sign that shirt," she said. But she was still super into it: "It was so cute! Oh man, the video was fabulous!"
