Juvenile charged after multi-agency child pornography investigation in Marlboro County
MARLBORO COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A juvenile has been charged with dissemination and possession of child pornography following a multi-agency investigation at a Marlboro County apartment complex.
Authorities said the suspect’s name won’t be immediately released due to his age. He was transported to the state Department of Juvenile Justice in Columbia where he’ll be held pending the case’s resolution.
Deputies on Monday executed a search warrant at Hillcrest Apartment Complex, assisted by South Carolina Probation, Parole and Pardon Services, SLED and federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
