Man, young daughter inside when car slammed into Greensburg home
A family is looking for any kind of help they can get after a car slammed into their home last Saturday afternoon.

“This is wild!” Sam Oglesby said in a Facebook Live video he posted in the moments after that crash.
He was in the kitchen getting ready to make dinner when he heard a car screeching. He was just about to go upstairs, but turned to see what was going on.
“As I turned around to come back down the steps, the car was literally coming into my living room,” Oglesby told Channel 11′s Andrew Havranek.
The car smashed through the wall, hit the TV and crushed the couch.
Glass from the window and TV stand shattered everywhere.
“The way it is right now? It’s balled up,” Oglesby said of the couch. “I could have been balled up on this couch.”
As soon as the car hit, Oglesby said he ran upstairs to get his one-year-old daughter, who was asleep.
“I’m lucky I didn’t bring my daughter down when I was fixing something to eat,” Oglesby said. “My daughter could have been in her playpen or just running around and... I wouldn’t even have my daughter if she was down there.”
Oglesby said he was told by police a couple was driving down Mt. Pleasant Road last Saturday and were arguing.
During that argument, Oglesby said the woman grabbed the steering wheel, causing the car to veer off the road and crash into the home.
No criminal charges have been filed.
Meanwhile, Oglesby, his girlfriend, and their baby girl are living with friends.
They didn’t have renters insurance.
Oglesby said that will be changing.
“I will never, ever again go without renter’s insurance,” he said. “I will always have renter’s insurance.”
He set up a GoFundMe page to help with expenses.
He said his landlord said it’ll be at least six months before they could move back into their apartment.
“I thank God that it wasn’t way worse than what it could be. It looks bad now, but it could have been very very bad.”
