Man wounded in Harold St shooting: Kern County Sheriff’s Office

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was taken to a hospital after he was wounded by gunfire Thursday evening in Lamont, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Harold Street at around 6:45 p.m. for a report of a shooting. A man was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.

KCSO said the man was taken to a hospital with wounds that do not appear to be life threatening. No information about possible suspects was available.
